    The initial computer science standard I came across is SC.8.HS.3.1. In my interpretation, this standard emphasizes the importance of exercising caution when posting on social media, as it can have a significant impact on one's mental and physical well-being. I believe I am well-equipped to teach this concept as it addresses a crucial aspect of modern life that is often overlooked. By this stage, individuals may have already experienced negative interactions in online comment sections, making this standard particularly relevant.

    I firmly believe that resources are essential in supporting teachers to enhance their skills. Teaching is a universally relevant profession, and the exchange and collaboration of ideas across different countries can greatly benefit educators. I value resources such as this one, which offers comprehensive lesson plans for various grade levels and subjects. These resources can be utilized to ensure that all essential elements are included in lesson plans, or to provide a framework for similar concepts that teachers may wish to explore. 

    Proficiency in internet searching is an indispensable skill for educators. The teaching role is exceptionally demanding, with new standards introduced annually for the same class. Consequently, a teacher's entire lesson plans could become obsolete very early in the year. Therefore, it is vital to utilize online resources to discover experiences that can enhance the comprehension of the subject matter, such as integrating a book with the topic being taught in class.

  I have a strong preference for minimizing my reliance on AI in my capacity as a physical education teacher. I am not concerned that AI may have a substantial impact on my job, particularly because part of teaching PE does not involves troubleshooting the technological issues that students face unless teaching online PE

  Throughout this project, I had to acquire new skills, such as formatting the boxes and researching online resources. The most challenging aspect was figuring out how to insert links into the website; each link took me at least five minutes to complete. I focused primarily on the design principle of unity, aiming to ensure that my entire webpage was cohesive and understandable for others. I found this project much more enjoyable than creating a PowerPoint presentation. I believe that updating a website to reflect the week's physical education activities would be an excellent way for parents to stay informed about what is happening in the classroom. As a PE teacher, I find it challenging to come up with ways to use QR codes, but my best idea so far is to use them for labeling items. I recall my PE teacher's room, which was often a mess when it came to storing equipment.
